Changelog 1.0.0.4:
– The building of the fire brigade has got an interior and can be used in a role-play game.
– Alfalfa has a new planting calendar and can be mowed more often.
– All vehicles and the career starting point have been moved to the main farm.
– Gravel road textures have been changed.
– Instead of the big pole barn, there is now a workshop on the main farm.
– The decoration in Farm 3 is split into two so you have more control when changing the appearance of the farm.
– The static fence was also removed from farm 3. Instead of that fence, a new placeable fence was placed, which can be removed and changed regardless of whether the farm is in your possession.
– A new placeable fence with barbed wire is available in the decoration section.
– The animal system has been changed and now, in addition to several breeds, we have females, males and cubs of each type of animal that are visually different. Also added new animals ducks and goats.
– Cow barn on the main farm have been rebuild and got a pasture. Shares it with the sheep barn.
– Goats will produce milk.
– Added chicken coop on the main farm.
– All animal stables on the main farm, in New Farmer mode, now come with animals.
– Animal feed has been changed so that feeding cows with silage will have a slightly better effect.
– Added Wind Pump with free water on the main farm(Cannot be sold or remove as there are rotating parts which would cause an error when trying to remove the pump)
– Soybeanstraw can now be used to make forage.
– Added Lime Station near the Railroad Silo.
– The selling price of Popcorn Butter has been significantly increased.
This map is based on the small beautiful town of Alma in the state of Missouri, US.
The vast majority of buildings, residential and commercial, on the main street, are modeled after real buildings found in the city, as well as traffic signs and street markings.
Of course, due to the gameplay, some things have been changed and some have been added, but the feeling of a small American town has been retained.
On the map you will find the following:
– Three preplaced farms: The main one that belongs to you at the start and two that, in order to use it, you have to buy land first.
The main farm with starting vehicles and equipment, will have Cowbarn, Horse stables, a Sheep barn, and three fields.
– 42 farmlands
– 41 fields, from small to big. 5 fields with grass mission.
– 1 small forestry site.
– BGA that will not produce electricity but will produce methane that you will be able to collect and sell at the local gas station where Methane sell point is placed.
– Traffic
– Pedestrians
– Missouri license plates
– Custom crop calendar
– Train that will take your goods to Sedalia (Train Sell Point)
Productions available:

– Tailor Shop
– Pizzeria
– Ketchup Production
– Popcorn Factory
– Corn Dryer that will dry your corn into dry corn, which you will be able to sell or send to the Grain mill to produce fine corn flour, and which you will also be able to sell or use in the local bakery.
To dry the corn, you will need Propane gas, which you can buy at gas station.

– Bakery with three new products, cornbread, sweet cornbread, and pumpkin pie.
– Placeable greenhouses with new fruit and pumpkins.
– Added 2 liquid trailers for the transport Methane and propane, and you can find it in Miscellaneous category.
– If sugar production is not for you, you can buy sugar pallets in the local store, but at a much higher price.

– Diner Restaurant will take your production goods.
– Methane sell point.
– Bale sell Point.
– Train Sell Point
Additional items on the map include:
– Soybeans will grow in rows and produce straw.
– BenjiFS maize textures.
– Three new crops, Rye, Peas, and Alfalfa. Alfalfa has been implemented in animal feed. Added three placeable silo bunkers that will accept alfalfa and dry alfalfa.
– Swathing system, thanks to BcBuhler Farms, who allowed me to use their addon. And in order for this system to work best for you, you should use the mods that are designed for this.
– There is also a working Car Washing station in the town.
– Changed the weather conditions a bit, so winters will be with a lot of snow.
– Background textures change as the seasons change.
