FS22 Rottne H21D Forestry Tree harvester v1.0.0.0

Original converted from game. The main goal was to get rid of that Rottne control scheme and replace it with the one we all know and love.

Added functions:
All default sounds working.
All default sounds working.
Default crane controls. (Like Komatsu for example)
0.5-10m cut length, 0.5m step.
Additional crane camera.
Manually tiltable head.
Manually actuated grapple.
Is possible to rotate head while a tree is being cut. (Is a little bit wonky because of that function, need to have precise control over where the tree is falling and rotate your head accordingly. But the ability to stack logs neatly is worth it.)
