Not fixed at all. Cant place it on a flat terrain without considerable distance from any objects!
The problem you are more than likely experiencing is is no longer the collision area its the leveling and or clear area parts. which is sizeX=”5″ sizeZ=”10″ and those areas need to be clear of obstructions and able to be leveled because the mod requires the ground to be leveled other wise the tanks will appear to be floating.
To combat this problem there is a mod called place anywhere you can get to solve this problem.
