Quick question before downloading.. Working BGA?

There is a weird thing right to the south of the first road by the farm house. It part of the second section that you own by default but when I try to place something it says I don’t own it. Also about 40-70 feet/meters behind the farm house when I try to place something it says the terrain is deformed for it. Can only place stuff close to the trees. It’s flat as hell, so idk what is going on there.
Very good looking map. But errors with placing things and removing placed items.
Will be a great small map if all the problems are ironed out.
