FS 19 Gamescom Gameplay – Shows lots of Details
Pretty awesome video, which shows lots of details regarding sound, driving physics, animations and more!
It is pretty nice, that the sound gets louder, the closer you zoom to the vehicle. Physics seem to be much better. Looks like the vehicles don’t jump anymore, when crossing a curb. The seat suspension animation is smooth af! Also how the tractor moves on different surfaces looks plain awesome.
Minute 7:54 shows no connection between the tanks though.

- Cotton harvester
- Buying new fields/areas
- Buying placeables (shed and horse paddock!) – I think it’s exciting that we’ll be able to decide where animal paddocks are located on the map!
- Buying and customizing vehicles
- Weeding using an implement
- Weeding using chemical spray.
There are a couple relatively large changes in the game that no one seems to be talking about yet:
- Weeding seems to be an optional mechanic in the growth process, instead of the way it works in FS17 (just an extra fertilization step). Weeds actually appear/disappear in the fields!
- I saw in another video that lime is an optional game mechanic.
Farming Simulator 19 seems to be getting more and more realistic in regards to all the actual work farmers need to do to keep crops healthy – weeds, fertilization, soil health, etc.
