The Mi-8 is a legendary Soviet multipurpose helicopter developed by the Mil Design Bureau in the early 1960s.
The Mi-8 (including all modifications) is the most massive twin-engine helicopter in the world – more than 17,000 units have been produced, making it the most widespread helicopter in aviation history. It ranks second after the UH-60 in terms of the number of actively used helicopters in the armed forces of different countries. It is widely used in more than 50 countries to solve a variety of civil and military tasks.
In Farming Simulator 2022 Mi-6A, it is capable of transporting goods both in a cargo cabin (pallets, bales, small machinery) and using a winch hook with a suspended traverse.
