Small update to fix the GCChecker.

Tested for use with Fenton Forest 4x and the Bio Diesel plant.

Placeable, 25000ltrs capacity storage with ability to fuel vehicles from the output side. Has the diesel filltype. When diesel has been delivered the beacon will flash for a short time, When the beacon turns off the diesel will be transferred and ready to be retrieved. Have fun with it.
