Improved Wilson Pacesetter EDIT v1.0 FS19

This is the updated Wilson made by 7L Farms with the following additions:
– Fixed flashing light issue
– Fixed issue with Seasons preventing both compartments from being unloaded
– Added rear hitch
– Changed capacity to 100k liters and adjusted suspension to behave properly with added capacity
