Mietpilz v1.0 FS19

With this mod you can earn rental income from buildings that are otherwise useless on your own land.

The rental mushroom symbolizes that a building is rented out. With the Mietpilz you get an hourly income of 200/150/100 euros, depending on the difficulty level of the game.

If you don’t have any useless buildings on your land, you can still use the mushroom rental in the form of an investment mushroom. You pay significantly more for the investment mushroom than for the rental mushroom. So much so that the investment costs are amortized after 10-20 days, and profits are made from then on.

The mods have done their job successfully in my Build and Let’s Play videos. I’ve also tried hard to make everything work, but I can’t guarantee it.
