RealLifeNumbers US Heartland v1.0.0.1 FS19
RealLifeNumbers US Heartland v1.0.0.1 FS19
This mod has three main objectives:
To define a game environment mimicking real-life farming in a well-defined area.
To enable players to individualize the game using a simple editor.
To provide a game planning tool for the player who wants to do a pre-game setup.
The user’s interaction with the mod occurs in between games, using a simple editor and some means to rezip the mod into a zip file. This is a rather simplistic approach, but the mod only requires editing when starting a new map.
The mod writes about 1800 lines of information to the log file. How much land do you own? How many animals can I have with this much farmland? Can I buy more land or should I rent? What crop and how many hectares are needed to feed the animals? How many bales do I need of straw and grass? Do I have surplus crop for selling? What crop gives the highest income per hectare in my area? How much seed is needed? How do I calibrate my spreader / sprayer to spray the right amount? How much milk, wool, egg, manure and slurry do my animals produce? How much nutrient is in my organic fertilizer? How fast will my animal stock reproduce? What if I want to specialize in large-scale animal farming?
The present version of the game contains real-life statistical data for USDA Heartland Region.
The mod reads data from the save game folder. To work as intended, save your game, exit and reenter after starting a new map or after placing animal pens.
A detailed (50 page) description of the mod is saved inside the zip file.
If you find an error, please include the error statement (from the log file) in a comment below.

Keep it up. Spot on weights in real life.
Execelent mod,now the bales and everything else have real prices, you dont need to pay 2000$ for one bale of grass for example it’s just stupid and totally unrealistic. With this mod you can be real farmer, and statistic which scripts writes in the log file is just faboulous.Thank you for this great mod sir.
Thank you for the kind words about my mod. It seems for be popular among a very small but highly specialized group of players. I’m working on the next version, which will add scripts for adjusting leasing cost and for defining your own contracts for contracting jobs. So, you can set yourself up as a professional agricultural service. It will also define data for extra fruit types.
Hello, excellent mod! Congrats! Just for your information, i found a bug while playing multiplayer over local LAN. When the contracts.lua script is active then we have the problem that the other player who joined my game has the issue that his avatar is moving around constantly, but he cant see the movement on the map itself. Also the ESC button dont work properly. When i deactivate the contracts script from the moddesc with everything is fine. I also tried to just load your mod and remove all other mods from my mod folder. Same problem then. I really like to use the contracts script in multiplayer. maybe you have a quick hint for me how i can make it work or you can check that for the next version of your mod. By the way is there a way how i can get informed when the next version is available. Thanks alot for your excellent work!
