The climate of the island of Ischia is typically Mediterranean, each season having its own characteristics which differs from the rest of Campania.

In summer there are no excessive temperatures but you have to be careful of the humidity which is very high, especially in the months of July and August.

The spring climate has acceptable temperatures during the day and a light cool breeze in the evening.
Autumn is very sunny, winter is not very harsh but in January and February at high altitudes you can see some snow.

The average annual temperature is around 19 degrees, in winter it does not drop more than about 8 degrees and in the warmer months it reaches a maximum of 38.
