Unverferth Roadrunner Header Trailer v1.2 FS19

Nothing too special just a few upgrades from the original
Credits do go out to the original creator Casearias Modding

1) Replaced the dirt texture giving it a more shinney look
2) Changed the wheels to a more fitting set
3) swapped out the dolly pivot for a new one with fenders.
4) fixed the lights
5) fixed the collision issue in the rear

All in all, just cleaned up
